The MPRB works that way MOST of the time. They recently entered negotiations to sell a parcel of land where the Fuji-ya used to be. For one time in my life I agree with Bob Fine, that the price is probably too LOW. Even with negotiating a 99 year lease for the lowest level for public parking (metered) $ 2.5 million ( minus $750,000 for doing the parking lot which is really $1.75million) for property on West River Rd with a view of the Stone Arch Bridge and 3 blocks from the new Guthrie seems well, kinda cheap. Vickie this is where you need to jump in and let us know.
