How can an all clear be given in light of what happened with the preceding
council... It's the people that will keep government  honest or not. Same
with a City Manager...who says he would  not be corrupted. This corruption
has been in City Government for a long time ...*business as usual*  I hope
the US Attorneys do some deep cleaning in Minneapolis. Then maybe work on
something easier... Haliburton!
