I would take it to mean that Vivian Mason always holds true to her convictions. You go girl!!! The budget that passed spends the reserves down to the legal minimum and does not even start to address the albatross that is the sports complex bearing the name Neiman that is being subsidized to the tune of $75,000 per year. When the bonds come due the city will use the MPRB's share of LGA to pay them off and them the MPRB will face a 20% shortfall in it's operating budget. That is of course assuming there still is LGA.
