We have discovered a sad situation on our block. We have a person walking their Pit Bull and allowing her to chew on all of the trees in the block. When a neighbor asked him why he allowed this he said he couldn't stop her. I have seen at least EIGHT trees that she has chewed on. He sees nothing wrong with it. The block is 4th St N and 6th ST N 21st-22nd Ave. We are looking for help on what to do with this individual before we loose all of these trees. Joan Thom Hawthorne REMINDERS: 1.
