To paraphrase, "No one should be forced to work at any job which 
is dangerous to their health in a tight job market."  

Of course we need to define "forced" and "tight job market,"  
but following your argument we might be left without fire 
fighters, police officers, and medical care. 

Adults should be free to make choices.  That's what many
of are arguing for.
