I'm wondering why Ray Marshall seems to think that the only solution to making up the funding shortfall from MnDOT's stupid decision is to cut $400,000 from elsewhere in the MPS budget?
Is it not possible to find ways to raise additional funds to help make up that gap? Is it not possible that KBEM might find some ways to cut their budget so that less money is needed? Heck, it may even be possible, if enough citizens raise their voices, to get MnDOT to reconsider their stupid decision. These are not the type of course that Brown offers. REMINDERS: 1. Think a member has violated the rules? Email the list manager at [EMAIL PROTECTED] before continuing it on the list. 2.
