Its too bad the attached site chose to show only the visual ramifications of a monorail system and completely ignored how intrusive a ground based light rail system like our Hiawatha line would change the scenery. I think monorails make more sense in congested metro areas than what we built. Think of all the traffic problems on Hiawatha we have that we would not have if it were elevated.
As for PRT, I'm not convinced it will work for us here, but am open minded about it as of yet.
