Mike Nelson: When you need something that is only available at one branch of a particular public library, and has not been scanned into a database, then tell me that the private sector is doing a better job. People go to the MPLS Public Library, some several times a week, to use materials that are not available free on the internet. You can also call or use library services over the internet.
