I think it's important to point-out that because of the limitations the City faces with a "finite" amount of real-estate, and the recent trends towards smaller family units, it is inevitable that the population in the City will not continue to increase at the same rate as it did during earlier periods of time. This is not an indicator of how well the City is being run...
