Randall----

If you have a "Happy to pay for a Better Minnesota" sign in your front yard,
let me ask you a simple question:

Have you sent in a check?

What I mean is, have you sent in a check or checks proving that you are
truly "happy to pay" for a better Minnesota? I'm not talking about your
Minnesota tax filing. I'm talking about a check say every quarter or so (or
even one, for that matter) that proves that you are "happy to pay for a
better Minnesota." If you haven't, you are a hypocrite and merely someone
who puts trendy signs in his yard and lacks any ability to back words with
actions.

"Happy to Pay for a Better Minnesota" sings are trendy (were trendy), and
are Minnesota kitschy-cute, but they're really without substance if those
who post them don't send in money showing they're "happy to pay."
