"Defender of the environment"....

It disappoints me when rhetoric like that is used.  Are we now talking about
litmus tests?  

When people get their groceries, do they bring their own bags or get new
ones?  Do people print from their computers more than they need to?  Do
people drive when they could have walked or biked?  Do people buy bottled
water instead of bringing their own water from home in a re-usable
container?

I'm guilty of all of the above

C'mon.  Just because someone does things like that does not mean they are
not "defenders of the environment".  Let's be real - not inflammatory and
discuss real issues.
