Actually Don, perhaps this will spark some information from the MPB....I can't imagine they would put it by residental homes...Perhaps the MPB has some answers Where are the parks located...was there any grant money for this project...any sponsorship..if not could there be...what will be the fees, what was the reason for 3 and not just one to start off with..substance abuse...what type of control?
