You find me a government program that has accomplished more than NRP has in terms of leveraging additional investment and in redirecting impoverished inner city neighborhoods by stabilizing the housing stock and I will gladly find a way to get it implemented.
Me: I'm not sure how to take your response, but I was agreeing with you. You said to look at the other 99% of the budget. Seems to me that the NRP program has a lot of people that think it is good and is a value to the community.
