Lead Hazard Reduction in Phillips and East Phillips Neighborhoods: Execute agreement with Professional Service Industries to perform lead inspection, risk assessment and clearance inspection services during HUD Round XII Grant ($150,000). Action Taken: Approved It looks like the City is outsourcing a job that has been done by union City employees since at least 1995. Anyone at AFSME or MPEA aware of this?
