*So who is at fault for the rear-end collisions? The cameras??! When
the amber light comes on, it means to slow down. When the red light is on...
it means stop and not that 2-4 cars can slip through. Hit someone in the
rear means you were going too fast, not watching what you were doing, hoping
the car ahead would run the red... all of which means... you do not have
control of your mode of transportation.

YOU, alone, hold the responsibility of hitting another car in the
rear...cameras had nothing to do with it.

I used to travel all over the US 50/60 thousand miles a year...never
worried about drivers. As soon as I would hit the Minnesota border...tension
stiffen my back along with the thought *just get me home!* We have some of
the worst drivers in the Republic in this state and city and our naivity
comes from the fact..we let these people drive! If big brother is going to
watch me...then I would prefer he watch over me at the intersection....and
nail the violators.
Dan asks what's next...cell phones! Would love to see those ban when
driving.

Get a chance... read the article in City Pages...America by the
Numbers...No1? Good reason to give some thought to our local Minneapolis
schools and libraries and who best will support them. Those figures should
be a wakeup to all those thinking ...that's not my job!
