I did not get it at first from Mr. Brady's post, but when I went back and re-read it after having it pointed out by Dennis it was clear what the implications might be. You are correct Dennis, Mr. Brady seems to suggest that the neighbors take back the neighborhood themselves Wow now thats reading into things WAY to hard... I think the only person who understands what I meant by "taking back there neighborhood" is the victims mother. Her explanation of how the neighborhood "used" to be sounds like a road map too me....
