According to http://www.metrotransit.org there are going to be painful bus service cuts and there needs to be serious protest of this because it will make it impossible for people to get to their jobs. I'm going to periodically mention service cuts in your area that maybe you can get mad about and that'll make you DO SOMETHING!
For one, there is a severe cut of service on Route 7 on Plymouth Ave.--no service after 6pm on weekdays and no service at all on weekends. Now people are supposed to walk around a less-than-pleasant neighborhood in the middle of the night to get home. Great idea! Let's stop spending money on freeway expansion and road construction until we can pay for a basic level of bus service that is necessary for a REAL city.
