Where the hell are the reports of assaults on smokers standing outside for their fix? This was more likely a barroom brawl that might have taken place inside the smoky bar before this. This anti-ban crusade Mr. McGrath persists in prosecuting has gone beyond the pale. Give it up. Smoking bars will never return to Minneapolis.
