In a Board meeting about two months ago, Commissioner Kummer requested a report
on the finances of
the Neiman Sports Complex. I was promised a copy of this report by
Commissioner Kummer:

"Sure, Jason, anything to increase your understanding of the facts surrounding
Fort
Snelling/Nieman Complex. After all, you are my constituent and the park board
is a totally open
organization."

People will have to draw their own conclusions about why the report is not
being produced and why
I was given a stack of meeting agendas instead. It was impressive how fast the
data on the Tin
Fish was assembled.

Kind regards,
Jason Stone

I did not expect the incumbent to provide my materials. I researched the
issues using available
public record and information I found in Board (City Council) reports etc. I
even asked other
incumbents to explain materials.
