Are the drug buyers neighborhood folks or as the case with many in North Minneapolis surburbanites? Bill Dooley Kenny
This is a myth that keeps getting stated as a fact. A recent Star Tribune article about a drug sweep over north said most of the people detained in the sweep (both buyers and sellers) lived in North Minneapolis. Do people honestly think that there is no one in the "suburbs" selling drugs? Most people in the suburbs just don't buy their drugs on the street corner. And most of the drug users who live over North don't need to drive to get them. Sure the percentage of cars that get pulled over are from out of the city, that is because the city buyers are on foot.
