The stadium bill no longer has the 2 million allocated to the library...taken out by Rep. Peterson of Bloomington. He was worried Minneapolis would get the lion's share of the money. Could it not been split the same percentage as we pay our taxes.. 35% for Minneapolis, 12% for Bloomington, 5% Edina etc.
