I want the City Council and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board to outlaw cottonwood trees within city limits. While attempting to paint a piece of lawn furniture this past weekend I discovered the debris from a neighbors cottonwood tree up the street was polluting my space and was sticking to the surface I had just painted. I find this offensive and therefore would like them outlawed along with buckthorn. O.K. I vented. Back to the smoking ban!! Barb Lickness Whittier
