If more (or all) property owner's would use a Crime Free/Drug Free Housing 
Addendum to the lease, it would make the process much much quicker when needing 
to evict criminal residents. The addendum would say something to the effect of 
illegal drug, firearm or violent activity from residents, occupants or 
visitor's is grounds for immediate termination of the lease.  Meaning they 
would have to be out in a matter or days.  No court proceedings.  Contact your 
city council person and tell them you would like them to 'share' this addendum 
with the landlords in their ward.
