Close, but not quite.

It's e. coli bacteria. They closed some of the beaches, including Harriet, 
for this reason a week or so ago. The news says it gets worse after a heavy 
rain because of sewer runoff and stuff like that. Supposedly they're now at 
federally acceptable levels so the lakes were reopened. I wouldn't go in 
right after a rainstorm though.
