Michelle Hill writes:
You speak about the Hodges-Samuels issue as if you are a concerned
citizen....well it was your email to the station asking for the suspension,
as a "concerned citizen" rather than as Don Samuels campaign manager.
Dennis Plante Responds:
For some odd reason, I don't receive emails from some posters that are sent
to the list any longer. Michelle Hill's emails are among those I do not
receive.
It seems to me that requesting the list of emailers to MTN on the issue goes
way beyond what most would consider doing.
I have been accused of being very tenacious in matters I care deeply about.
And I am sure that most on this list know I feel very strongly about who the
better candidate for the 5th ward is. However, I must admit, I never
considered taking the time to find-out who had emailed MTN regarding the
broadcast.
I have either met, or become famliar with, most of the individuals that are
polictically active on the northside. For the life of me, I cannot remember
ever having run into Michelle Hill at any political or neighborhood
functions. I can only suspect that she has not been active and that her
affiliation to Booker and/or NJL is through either church, or social
functions.
Getting back to the election and a little bit of stumping for my
candidate... I ask that voters listen carefully to what the two candidates
say between now and the election. REALLY LISTEN to their messages. And
base your personal deicsion as to who is the better candidate upon what you
hear..
The northside has already experienced far more negativity in the form of
violence and dissention than it needs. Elect a POSITIVE voice.
