In all the comments I've read I don't see anyone placing responsibility on the PARENTS of the children. The facts I want to know behind each test score is how many days the child has been in school and how many different schools the child has attended . Everyone makes it sound like it's always the schools fault. Lets remember how many hours we have spent making sure children in our lives have had success, whether that is our child, grandchild, or a mentored child.
Teachers Schools can't do it all nor should they be expected to. Joan Thom Hawthorne se read the NEW RULES at http://www.e-democracy.org/rules<http://www.e-democracy.org/rules>.
