The facts I want to know behind each test score is how many days the child has been in school and how many different schools the child has attended. Everyone makes it sound like it's always the schools fault..."
Doug Mann responds: The discussion is about conditions in the schools that affect student outcomes, and what can be done by the schools to close the access / achievement gap.
