Discussion of Bad policy is fair and germane to The List. I think it is fair to say that, so far, neither Dyna, nor Dennis, has addressed the policy issue of Larry Blackstad emptying a building before he owns it. The policy of taking advantage of an unwilling seller, by paying off her tenants to leave, is immoral, at least. And Dennis, permit or not, and even though your "point" is irrelevant, Jamie had reported to me that the window replacement was BY ORDER OF THE CITY. Maybe you would like to turn her in to the City for her grave offense; if there was one? Hop on it Dennis, as you leave the real policy discussion to the rest of us. I have used my two posts today to rebut these two snipe-ings; I would much rather discuss the policy angle. See ya' tomorrow. Keith Reitman NearNorth REMINDERS: 1. Be civil!
