I also serve as the land use chair for the Downtown
Minneapolis Neighborhood Association and I do my best
to approve any and all new condo in Downtown as I want

Well, life sounds really good downtown..so great, hopefully, all the
tall condos will be approved for DT and will not need to sprawl to
the south.
Personally, I don't wish to live with 508 other wonderful
people..they might spoil my disposition. I wish to grow
my own flowers on my own plot of dirt, see blue sky out the
door instead of a gray haze and roof tops...sit on the patio and
watch the abysmal plot of weeds grow with great joy,
watch mamma racoon take her four babies and
move them along the fence to a safe haven. While rabbits
are munching my neighbor's petunias, my other neighbor's
son is playing on their back deck and one resuscitates to the
hum of a community.
Instead of walking to a health club, I walk with a lawnmower,
snowblower, or snow shovel...bonding with the elements..:+}
One does not need to walk to a park, Nokomis is a park.... we
are not cement, tar, parking lots, traffic, lights, noise, etc.

lifestyle!
