Why not contact Peter McLaughlin.
Because that's not McLaughlin's district. In general, when an issue
involves an area inside a commissioner's district, other commissioners
defer to the district commish and that district takes the lead. Ergo, if
it involves Steinglein's district, he takes the initiative.
