The English philosopher, Jeremy Bentham, had himself stuffed, and is on display in a British museum. I suggest the same be done with RT, after he has had 5 or 6 more 4 year terms (to keep the momemtum rolling). Then after he dies in office, the stuffed RT be declared permanent mayor - to keep the momemtum rolling. Actually, that's probably when the pace will pick up noticably.
