It has been interesting reading about the Yellow Water, in my part of the
city we don't have this problem. Ours can be much bigger it involves the safety
of our homes city water dept. workers and anyone on the streets while the Fire
Hydrants are Illegally turned on if we are lucky it's only once a week or day
in HOT weather.Last summer the water dept finally had to Shut Off the Hydrant
on my corner for at least a month.
I could handle just yellow water for a few hours.
