Trying to Lighting a Fire Under Xcel Energy from Cooper
Given the recent thread of posts about power outages, I'd prefer that
Xcel employees put their time into fixing these, and into upgrading
the lines so that power outages occur less often.
Then if they have spare time remaining, they can worry about removing
shoes hanging on power lines. After all, if some of them have been
hanging there for 4 months, they obviously aren't causing problems.
