I went down to the local youth club tonite to p/u a basketball hoop w/
councilmember Samuels for the block party he was hosting.... The PEACE
Games had basketball games in full-swing at the youth center and he received
hugs from several of the youngsters when he walked-in thanking him for what
he had done. It was a very neat moment to experience... There were
numerous volunteers involved with the coaching and officiating, along with
TONS of kids...
