While I do nt condone the language used in the RT press release, I think Michael brings-up a relevant point... It is indeed Commissioner PM's job (as co-chair) to listen to and evaluate new testimony relevant to smoking. Such re-evaluation may lead to revised thinking by some commissioners, including PM.

The question that needs to be asked - was PM's campaign out soliciting funds from bar/restaraunt owners prior to this testimony being evaluated under the premise that he had already switched his vote? It's a fair question...
