I have stated once before and will state again, not all commercial sites in a neighborhood are owned or operated by "corporations". I will ask again "Does this law apply to sole proprietorships"? Could someone on this list with a law degree determine what businesses fall within Subdivision 211B.15? If it doesn't then it is perfectly legal for a bar, corner store, liquor store, non-chain restaurant or other business to hang a political sign for their candidate of choice.
