Although I'd agree for the most part with this augment, we still need
to be cognizant of when allegations represent a pattern of
harassment.  Kenneth Starr should have been dismissed a 
year prior to impeachment.  At some point, the school board
needs to limit the credibility of these accusations (however,
in my opinion this is unlikely given that some members of
board seem to have an stake in perpetuating them).
