Didn't hear from Judd Reitkerk, Mpls. Parks, today, which was a little disappointing. But I have a feeling today'll be my lucky day.

But they want this thing jump-started and fast-tracked and probably some other hyphenated phrases I haven't even heard of, so it can't be much longer before they reply with the info. I requested on the appeal process. Some people are telling me that I'll never hear, but, my god, this is a public body and they wouldn't want to trip up the process, right? Anyway, tomorrow we start a lottery for guessing when I'll hear back. In case you want in, "when hell freezes over" is already spoken for.
