The only thing that's still a little fuzzy to me is how the FBI became
involved with this issue. I am not making a statement about whether or not
I think they should be. Just about how they came to be.
It would be truly intersting to find-out and I think it would go a long way
towards alleviating a BUNCH of dialogue regarding the matter... I keep
trying to run-it through my mind as to how it may have played-out and I keep
getting stuck-on the part where the developer realizes that he's being asked
to fork-over money for a zoning approval. Who's attention did the developer
bring it to?
