Thanks for this message....the word has come out in our neighborhood that
only a small predetermined,
preselected group of people would be involved in the 10-year Transportation
Plan. One person has already
appointed/annointed himself to represent the south area. This is the first
formal printed information that I have seen.

The City of Minneapolis is hosting a series of workshops to give the
public an opportunity to share their ideas on how the City can improve
its transportation system
.
. Pre-registration is not required. Since the workshops
will include presentations on transportation challenges facing the City,
followed by structured dialogue, participants are encouraged to arrive at
the designated meeting start time. Upon request, the City will provide
reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities or who are in need
of a translator. Please submit such requests or requests for additional
information no later than seven days prior to the meeting to Charleen
