Have others seen the small blimp/balloon that has been hovering around downtownMinneapolis for the last few days? Does someone know who is doing it? It appears to be some kind of advertisement, but I'm not sure what it is for. The blimp has been one of the highlights in my of my 3 year old son's life lately, and I'm curious to know more about it.
