I know many people were concerned, so I'm glad you took the time to fill out 
the background of the decision.

It's also reassuring to hear acknowledgement of the importance of public 
notification. We all know that failures in this area have had some very 
negative results.

It's well known that Minneapolis citizens care about their parks. The flip 
side of that is their desire to have input.

Good to hear from one of the stewards of their care.
