The success of this forum is due in large part to the
work of David Brauer. I have been an active poster
and reader to this list for many years and have always
admired the way he is able to step in and discipline
people who have obviously crossed the line, but also
his light touch, not bogging the Forum down with lots
of posts about list rules.
Thanks David, and all the other of the 1031 members
who are respectful of others opinions, and of the
rules as established, and who have helped the Forum
flourish.
