Dean has not been indicted, except by the Star Tribune and the rest of the corporate media. Dean has been pillaged. He has had campaign materials stolen from him. He has been emotionally assaulted. But he has not been indicted.
Four years ago when he ran for election he got beaten up in his own alley trying to corral some young gangbangers. This time he's gotten beaten up by the FBI and the media for trying to corral the filthy rich. Last time he got a black eye. This time he's got scars he'll carry for the rest of his life.
