Megan Goodmundson simply slandered me to diminish my message about Don Samuels damaging policies in Jordan and Hawthorne neighborhoods. I have pointed out some truths about Don Samuels' divisive world view and wild misbehavior resulting in a Restraining Order against him. Her rebuttal to these truthful postings is the following (with my comments in parenthesis):
Megan Goodmundson: "Not only does Keith own dozens of rental properties in our neighborhoods (MG lie #1) with several dozen housing violations (MG lie #2) and hunderds of police calls (MG lie #3)... but..." (Keith Reitman says- I simply do not "own dozens of rental properties" in the whole world. I have ZERO housing violations and near ZERO police calls. Although I call the police as needed.) "He also has a huge land sale (400K) at stake (MG lie #4).... there is a plot of land on West Broadway, around 27th & Upton (where the Petro Stop & service station sits)... that he has potentially sold to be developed into a subsidized housing development for ex-offenders to live when they come out of treatment & correctional facilities(MG lie #5). Natalie has promised to support this project (MG lie #6). Don Samuels has promised to oppose this project." (Keith Reitman says: I sold and closed my land sale almost two years ago; nothing is pending with me, at all. The CURRENT OWNER has proposed "WORKFORCE HOUSING", (no way a false alarmist's halfway house) and a row of market rate townhouses. He also says no to Section 8. I report this but I am not involved; I sold the property on the open market a long time ago.) "Keith Reitman has a lot at stake in this election." (Keith Reitman says- Yes I do.
