Hi Brandon, 

For some types of slower interfaces, such as Serial interfaces, Cisco does
not do a 64-bit counter (I guess since an T1/E1 probably would never have
such a need).  So you'll see 64-bit counters for FE and other types, but
not the slower interfaces.
