This problem is solved, was running mrtg.cfg instead of mrtg, which is quite stupid.

As told before I managed to install this program three times before without any problems. This time I did not follow the instructions on the MRTG page (like I did before) but I just installed the mrtg package for the other packages as described on the page are already on my system (RH 9.0). The installation goes fine, do not see any errors, I installed apache in /usr/local/apache2 and the working dir is set to /usr/loc/apache2/mrtg. The icon dir is set to /usr/loc/apache2/mrtg/icons When I run CFGMAKER I don.t see any errors. But now it comes, when I try to start the cfg file (after doing a chmod 700) I see the following errors: [EMAIL PROTECTED] cfg]# ./metro.cfg ./metro.cfg: line 18: EnableIPv6:: command not found ./metro.cfg: line 19: WorkDir:: command not found ./metro.cfg: line 20: Options[_]:: command not found ./metro.cfg: line 54: Target[metro827_10.10.10.1]:: command not found ./metro.cfg: line 55: SetEnv[metro827_10.10.10.1]:: command not found ./metro.cfg: line 56: MaxBytes[metro827_10.10.10.1]:: command not found ./metro.cfg: line 57: Title[metro827_10.10.10.1]:: command not found ./metro.cfg: line 58: syntax error near unexpected token `newline' ./metro.cfg: line 58: `PageTop[metro827_10.10.10.1]: <H1>Traffic Analysis for 10.10.10.1 -- wg_r_b</H1>' I reinstalled the whole thing three times, did several make cleans, but no luck. I have been looking al day in the newsgroup but did not find something alike, so I guess I must doing something really stupid. Anyone had the same problem?
