Jon, My configuration is similar to yours and I'm running two separate instances of MRTG with two configuration files, both as scheduled tasks. One of them runs every 5 minutes, the other every 1 hour with no problem. What kind of error are you getting? Did the scheduled task fail to start? Are you logging MRTG's activity (by running "perl mrtg [config_file] --[logging log_file]") ? If so, what does the log file say?
