The MaxBytes must be 197632 and are you sure if the interface serial3 is the
instance snmp "3"? 

Query the router by snmp for value snmp for that interface...

The values that MRTG gives me are not the same as a "show int" does at my
router.  Below is the configuration for one of the interfaces. 
Please help!  Alos does the port number for snmp matter?
