I guess I am confused as to what you are saying that I need the instance.
Below is my mrtg configuration:

Target[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]:1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3.0.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3.0.0:[email protected]
MaxBytes[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: 24
Options[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: gauge, integer, growright, nopercent, noinfo
ShortLegend[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: Trunks
WithPeak[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: wmy
Title[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: Trunks In Use
YLegend[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: Trunks In Use
Legend2[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: In Use (Avg)
Legend4[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: Peak Usage
LegendI[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]:
LegendO[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: =
PageTop[X.X.X.X_0_Trunks]: <H1>2821 Trunk Utilization (1st PRI)</H1>
<TABLE>
   <TR><TD>IP:</TD><TD>X.X.X.X</TD></TR>
   <TR><TD>Maximum Trunks Available:</TD>
       <TD>23</TD></TR>
  </TABLE>

And this one does work, but I am wanting to monitor the other PRI's that are
not working. I have the same configuration with the following changed:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3.1.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.9.1.3.1.0

But I don't get any information. So are you saying that I need something
like this:

[email protected]

Thanks for your help!
